Sitting for a long time with a drink without distraction is self-care.

Information is important, but we also need to feed our minds with uplifting information. Find something that makes you feel good. I’ve seen a lot of romantic k-dramas that make me feel good inside. Look for scents that match your mood or something that brings back good memories.
